About this internships:

Synergy Coworking internships are structured to provide meaningful learning opportunities and build practical work experience. At Synergy we are currently focused on growing the business and membership, strengthening operations, and building partnerships and programming. We are committed to working with interns to set and work towards specific goals to be achieved during their internship.

Example Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing activities (including social media and event planning and execution)
  • Support partnership activities including outreach and networking
  • Create/update collateral, materials, and tour packets for prospective clients
  • Research industry trends and local landscape of market and partners
  • Support developing/updating marketing processes and tools
  • Customer Service: welcome visitors and potential clients, provide tours of the space, and answer questions about Synergy
  • Daily light administrative duties including restocking supplies and providing member support

Requirements

  • Driven and excited about learning at a fast pace
  • Strong customer service experience and people skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Resourceful and creative
  • Experience with or knowledge about coordinating meetings and events
  • Comfortable with technology and experience with social media
  • Experience with or desire to learn how to use project management tools and software

Internship Details:

  • Start Date: Flexible
  • Time Commitment: 10hours/week minimum
  • Compensation: Unpaid. Internships come with a Synergy Coworking Membership
