How Do I Sign Up and When Can We Start?

You can register for Owl Street Studio Consultation by scheduling your Meeting One on the calendar link here: Synergy Consultant Open Calendar 

The rest of the subscription information, policies, and paperwork will be discussed at your Meeting One. 

What's "Meeting One”?

Meeting One is a free initial meeting with Owl Street Studio before you begin your subscription. 

Meeting One helps both you and Owl Street Studio get to know each other better and to make sure you feel completely comfortable before starting your monthly subscription.

What's after "Meeting One"?

After Meeting One, if you choose to start your subscription, you'll meet with Owl Street Studio again, and together you’ll craft the details of your project.

Then for the rest of your monthly meetings, Owl Street Studio will provide you with resources, guidance, and support to help you fulfill your project, with your project being mostly self-guided by you.

Then for the rest of your monthly meetings, this process of self-guided work followed by collaborative meeting, review, and next steps repeats until you reach your goals.

How Long are the Monthly Meetings?

These meetings are bi-weekly and 1hr long. The one hour timeframe is the average meeting length, but, depending on the conversation, the meetings may be over an hour but no longer than 2 hrs.

Can I Cancel My Subscription?

Yes, at any time, you can cancel or pause your subscription. 

However, no refunds will be provided for pauses or cancellations that occur mid-month/mid-billing cycle.

To cancel or pause your subscription, you must email Owl Street Studio with your cancellation request 14 calendar days before the end of your 30 calendar day billing cycle.

How Does Billing Work?

Your subscription is billed through an emailed electronic invoice every month. The invoice can be paid through a credit or debit card online.

Your monthly payment must be made within 5 business days of the beginning of your 30 calendar day billing cycle. 

If your payment is not received within 5 business days, your subscription will be canceled, all scheduled meetings will be postponed, and no further work or resources will be provided to you.

If this happens, to restart your subscription, simply send Owl Street Studio your missed payment. 

Once they receive your payment, your subscription will be restarted at the beginning of the next calendar month.
